Acceptable use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
LokuMail is for personal and business conversations between people. To keep our mail trusted by everyone we deliver to, these rules apply to every account.
Not allowed
- Bulk, marketing or unsolicited email, including cold outreach to people who haven't asked to hear from you.
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware, or anything illegal.
- Harassment, threats or abusive content.
- Attempts to get around sending limits, or to use LokuMail to relay mail you didn't write.
How we enforce it
New accounts have modest sending limits that grow with a good history. We watch for signs of abuse, such as high bounce rates or sudden bursts of mail to new recipients, and may pause sending while we take a look. Serious or repeated violations lead to account suspension.
If you received unwanted mail from a LokuMail address, forward it with full headers to abuse@lokumail.com. We read every report.
